Spica Cast Week 3
Maybelle can hang out in her spica chair and watch Sesame Street. Yes, we started screens, don’t judge me. For mealtimes, she sits at the table in the on-the-go booster seat and she fits just dandy. Only there’s no tray so food flies everywhere. We also got a new stroller that she fits in and let me tell you, it’s just dreamy. Extra special thanks to Meemaw for making it all possible.
For clothes she’s wearing 18 or 24 month onesies, socks, and a leg warmer over her half-casted leg. Diapering is going better, the scented pantiliners are helping. Sleeping is not going good. She’s waking up every two hours.
She spends most of her time on her tummy, scooting around with just her arms and one foot, and examining new objects. We had a lot of fun playing with an iPod the other day. She’s fascinated with plugs and buttons and switches.
